How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for skincare and makeup?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team immediately.
How can I check the expiration date of my product?
Most of our products feature a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol, which looks like an open jar with a number and the letter 'M' (e.g., 12M). This indicates how many months the product remains effective after being opened.
